"Jopasana" literally means "To Nurture". Keeping in line with this, Jopasana's
vision is to nurture a value based, growth oriented and sustainable
organization which believes in trust and integrity and creates wealth to
fulfill the stated purpose.

Jopasana's stated purpose
is "Addressing your REAL needs". Understanding the 'real' implies the necessity
to go beyond the obvious. The implied needs that are seemingly obvious require
to be uncovered before any action is attempted. The process to understand these
REAL needs may also be more involved than it seems. Jopasana commits itself to
engage with the community to unearth these.
The organization shall strive to understand and act up on the needs of its
individual members and entities. These needs could be material, physical,
psychological, and spiritual.
Jopasana community involves everyone from its customers to employees that
includes partners, well-wishers, associates, owners, channels, consultants and
the rest of the Jopasana eco-system.
