The Software Engineering Process
Group (SEPG) drives and facilitates all process related initiatives. This group
leads the effort to define, document, implement and continuously improve the
processes to ensure establishment and sustenance of a robust process
infrastructure. It strives to initiate, maintain, and enhance the best
practices within the organization.
The core team of SEPG draws up on the experience and expertise of the other
members of the organization in discharging its responsibilities putting into
practice the belief that the practitioners are the best people to define the
process.
As one Harvard Business review also aptly put - "To find out how to improve
productivity, quality and performance--ask the people who do the work."
Jopasana's ISO 9001:2000 certification journey is our living testimony to this
philosophy.

Develop a mature process environment
by establishing workable, flexible, and easy to use processes for software
development as well as for managing business, which provides a common,
repeatable approach for all projects and functions within the organization.

within the organization through internal communication, knowledge sharing, and
training.
